Fresh Tracks specializes in commercial cleaning, focused on the deeper work that many janitorial teams are not scheduled to cover regularly. Projects vary by day and location, and the services span carpet cleaning, hard surface cleaning, white glove cleaning, and specialty cleaning. The work can be satisfying and active, and it is a great fit for someone who enjoys learning skills, taking ownership, and seeing clear results at the end of a job.
You will be trained in our methods and systems, so prior cleaning experience is helpful but not required. Schedules can include daytime and evening shifts depending on the job, and there is no work on major holidays and no Sunday work. If you care about doing quality work, showing up for teammates, and treating customers well, Fresh Tracks is a place where you can grow and feel proud of what you do.
